Heat the milk with the chocolate on medium high heat until chocolate has melted.
Add sugar or sweetener to taste.
Let cool completely.
Pour cooled chocolate milk into a blender and add ice cubes.
Blend until all ice cubes have broken down.
Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and... ENJOY!
*I used regular full-fat milk, but you can sub with any other type of milk. Consistency might change though.
**You can use other types of chocolate, but the higher the cocoa %, the deeper the flavor and the lower the sugar content.
***I used my NutriBullet, which is a high power blender. If you use a blender with less power, you might need to crush the ice cubes first.
TIP: try adding different flavorings like vanilla, cinnamon etc.
