Happy New Year, where ever you all are! Wishing you all the very best and that all your wishes may come true!
Kick start
I don’t know about you, but I like to kick start the new year with a little bit of power, all packed into a nice little smoothie. This smoothie is a delicious way to get a bit of extra fruits and veggies into your diet. It’s great as breakfast or as a snack. Full of protein and vitamins. It will kill that pang of hunger and will keep you satisfied until your next meal.
Customizable
Below ratios/amounts aren’t set in stone, you can play around with your ingredients. Add more or less, add other fruits and veggies. Most of the times, I just throw together what I have at hand. I always make sure to have several kinds of fruit in my freezer. If I don’t have strawberries, I use blueberries or raspberries.
For one…
This is a smoothie for one or you can pour two smaller glasses and share. Having said that, this recipe can easily be doubled. Or tripled. Or… multiplied.
