Green Power Smoothie

  • 100 ml coconut milk (carton)
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp) Greek Yogurt
  • 4 strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 50 g avocado, fresh or frozen
  • handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • sweetener to taste (optional)
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pour in a glass and top with fresh fruit.
