Dark Chocolate Covered Mixed Nuts with Sea Salt

  • 200 g mixed unsalted nuts
  • 100 g dark chocolate (70-90%
  • Sprinkle of sea salt
  1. Melt the chocolate.

  2. Add nuts to the bowl.

  3. Stir until all nuts are covered.

  4. Spread out the nuts on a baking sheet of plate covered with parchment paper.

  5. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  6. Place in refrigerator until set (10 minutes).

Recipe Notes

I used a 85% chocolate, but you can use your favorite chocolate for this. If you are on a low-carb/sugar-free diet, check the labels carefully for the sugar content or use sugar-free chocolate.
