Cut the apricots in half and remove the stones.
Lay them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.
Roast in the middle of the oven for 1,5 – 2 hours.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Put cooled apricots in a blender or food processor and blend until the puree reaches the desired consistency.
Add sugar or sweetener to taste.*
*Taste the puree before adding any sugar or sweetener. Then slowly add to suit you taste.
